С 29 января, в Казахстане вступает в силу указ, запрещающий вывоз по ж/д путям за пределы страны бензина и дизельного топлива.
Исключением являются только поставки, запланированные до вступления в силу данного запрета, а также топливо, необходимое для оказания гуманитарной помощи и поддержке в ликвидации ЧС.
Табу продлится до 29 марта, что, однако, не исключает в дальнейшем продления сроков его действия.
