В рамках визита глава государства провел переговоры с королем Иордании Абдаллой II бен аль-Хусейном как в узком, так и в расширенном формате. В начале беседы президент поздравил монарха с серебряным юбилеем его правления, пожелав ему дальнейших успехов в развитии страны и укреплении её позиций на международной арене. Касым-Жомарт Токаев подчеркнул, что Иордания известна своей приверженностью миру и стабильности.
- Считаю, что у нас общие взгляды и оценки процессов, происходящих в мире. В то же время мы очень заинтересованы в укреплении связей на политическом уровне. У нас есть определенные идеи. Уверен, что в ближайшем будущем мы сможем достичь конкретных договоренностей и добиться очень хороших результатов. Мы готовы упорно работать в рамках нашего сотрудничества, – отметил он.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
