Дело возбуждено 13 марта 2024 года. По версии следствия Парамошин якобы был админом телеграм-канала с названием «Нацдем», где якобы размещал публикации, «направленные на возбуждение ненависти либо вражды в отношении лиц неславянской внешности»
Где сейчас Парамошин, неизвестно, есть ли у него адвокат, тоже неизвестно. Авторы канала самого крупного «Нацдем» неоднократно выступали против «специальной военной операции» и критиковали Путина. Посты не обновляется со вчерашнего дня, в боте обратной связи тишина.
