Прочитала вторую книгу Анны Быковой, первая «Самостоятельные дети, как стать ленивой мамой» мне очень понравилась, вторую тоже рекомендую. Написана очень простым языком так чтобы любая мама смогла усвоить набегу. Еще в книгах смешные иллюстрации.
Не то чтобы узнала для себя много нового, но есть темы баланса, границ, как успокоить себя и где брать энергию. У меня еще лежит про развивающие занятия, но перед ней хочу еще две книги прочитать.
