Совместное российско-узбекское предприятие "Дальневосточные промыслы", созданное в июне 2024 года во Владивостоке, получит квоты на вылов рыбы в Дальневосточном рыбохозяйственном бассейне в 2025 году. Как сообщает ИА PrimaMedia, речь идет о добыче 20 тысяч тонн минтая и 5 тысяч тонн сельди.
СП будет поставлять замороженную рыбу в Узбекистан, в перспективе планируется добывать морепродукты и наладить переработку.
Специализацией ООО "Дальневосточные промыслы" является "переработка и консервирование рыбы, ракообразных и моллюсков". По данным ЕГРЮЛ, учредителями компании на паритетных началах являются ООО "ОСТинвест холдинг" (Москва) и ООО "Фиш ярд" (Узбекистан).
"ОСТ инвест холдинг" (зарегистрирована в начале июня 2022 года) является владельцем ООО "Русская рыбопромышленная компания" (99,99% капитала), зарегистрированного во Владивостоке.
