Рубцовским городским судом осужден местный житель по ч.3 ст.30, п.«д» ч.2 ст.105 УК РФ (покушение на убийство с особой жестокостью). Установлено, что весной 2024 года подсудимый в присутствии трех малолетних детей стал наносить удары в область жизненно важных органов своей гражданской супруге. Одному из ребятишек удалось выйти из квартиры и позвать на помощь, что спасло жизнь его матери. В судебном заседании подсудимый вину в совершенном преступлении не признал. Виновному судом назначено наказание в виде 9 лет лишения свободы с отбыванием в исправительной колонии строгого режима.
