Пополнение перспективных проектов на Золотой миле. Их там немного, недавно мы насчитали 5 штук, но как мы понимаем, редевелопмент всемогущий подкинет ещё элитного жилья. Так вот, 6 проект - Курсовой, 12/5. Это сарайчик рядом с красивым Набоковым. Кстати, в ЦЛП считают, что это лучший проект бюро. Набоков - заебись, только рядом с ним уродская Вилла Грейс. И проблема не в МОПах или отваливающихся балконах, а просто в арх концепции. Что за три разных объема? Как это получилось?
