О, мы сидим гадаем как все-таки будет выглядеть фасад Саввинской, 27. А у Левел даже мокап фасада на эту тему есть (мокап - это кусок чего-то что соберут потом). Пока решение кажется довольно противоречивым. Но ребята уже зарядили оверпрайс - 1,7 мульта…

Иногда кажется, что Левел с точки зрения маркетинга идёт во всю по стопам Урбан Групп.

2. Скрывать цены на сайте - ☑️

Как видим минимальный прайс в Саввинской, 27 - 122 мульта за хату 82 метра. Не обскакали Мантеру - сделали 2 окна на такую глубокую хрень. Может надо начать считать стоимость не метра, а стоимость одного окна в элитке? В эконом-экономыче тоже стоимость метра нихера не значит - мериться надо только ипотечным платежом.
