Не особо понятно какая должна быть маркетинговая стратегия девелопера, который в проекте бизнес-класса приклеивает кирпичи на малярный скотч.

Ну, ЛСР, ну реально к 5 лоту только подорожник нужно прикладывать, скотч не поможет. Используйте хотя бы изоленту или 3М.
