МР решил сливать поляны на имени Чернышева до получения документов. О каком-то мнимом партнерстве между АФК Системой и МР по проекту написали Ведомости. Схематоз начал происходить раньше чем надо: 1. МР выжимает максимальные ТЭП 2. МР получает доки 3. Надеюсь…

Этот ЗУ вплотную примыкает к другому проекту мастер-девелопера MR - "Вишневая, 7" или завод имени Чернышева. Скорее всего девелопер "соберет" на этих двух ЗУ один проект и продаст его каким-нибудь Брусникам или ЛСРам.

На Чернышева можно было всадить 900 тыс. кв. м. На Тушинской - ещё 100 тыс. кв. м. Так что рынок ждет очередной проект миллионник. А кто-то постоянно пиздит, что в городе земли нет.

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
