Галс уже даже на своей страничке в ВК повесил рендер проекта на ЗУ "Шлюзовая, 2". Думается, что стартанут так в перспективе полгода-год. Здание бывшей конторы комплекса автобазы Наркомтяжпрома на месте😍

Больше веселых картинок на проект "Шлюзовая, 2" от Галса. Магия, конечно, что Галс взял и перекинул офисники в жилье. Но, хорошо, что сохранили авангардное здание.

Будет знаковый елдак на Садовом кольце. Видовые будут говно, так как рядом такой "культовый" объект капиталистического романтизма, как МФК "Красные холмы". На рендрах в сторону этого реликта эпохи, конечно же, пустота.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender.
