Архитектура специфическая, опыта сдачи проектов бизнес-класса у Гранель нет. Респектуем ребятам, за то что не называют проект премиумом, а говорят "бизнес-класс". Многие бы здесь заявили премиум, построив на самом деле комфорт+.

У Гранельки остаётся дерьмовый маркетинг. Но, они собрали довольно неплохой чемодан площадок. Посмотрим, как дела пойдут с реализацией этого бизнес-класса.
