Картинки, которые опубликовал СиТ, ну очень смешные. Какие-то опять воксели, какое-то озеленение на каждой сдвижке объема, ну просто влажная фантазия архитектора, а не возможный вариант реализации.

Напоминает первоначальный вариант Lucky. Который, конечно же, не был реализован.

Напомним, что там ещё обновляют ПЗЗ на ЗУ "Проектируемый 4062-й, 8", так что свободной, безхозной земли в локации не осталось. В тесноте, но не в обиде, должны жить жители проектов Nagatino i-Land, NOW, WOW и будущих проявлений московского девелопмента. Там даже бобрам нравится.
