Сегодня днем прокуратура Москвы сообщила, что утвердила обвинительное заключении по уголовному делу Евгении Беркович и Светланы Петрийчук. Рассмотрение дела пройдет в 2-ом Западном окружном военном суде.
Поводом для преследования Беркович и Петрийчук стал спектакль «Финист Ясный Сокол». Силовики якобы нашли в нем оправдание терроризма (ч. 2 ст. 205.2 УК РФ). По предъявленному обвинению Беркович и Петрийчук грозит до семи лет лишения свободы.
