Эта крупа (кускус производится из пшеницы) каллорийная, но зато питательная и даёт сытость надолго.

А в сочетании с тыквой- сплошная польза!

Добавьте сухофрукты, мед, орехи или семечки-получится идеальный завтрак!

✅Тыква (мякоть)-500 гр
✅Вода- 500-550 мл
✅Подсластитель-по вкусу
✅Кускус- 1 стакан (примерно 150-170 гр)
✅Сухофрукты, орехи и семечки-по желанию

✏️Тыкву режем кусочками, заливаем водой и тушим до готовности (до мягкости). Измельчаем толкушкой.
✏️Всыпаем кускус в ещё горячую массу, перемешиваем. Добавляем подсластитель по вкусу. Оставляем на 10-15 минут набухать под крышкой.
✏️Добавляем сухофрукты, семечки и орехи по желанию. Ангела за трапезой 😇

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public.
