If these crap holes really had the "top .01% talent" to quote Elon, they would be the tech capitals of the world. Instead, Indians scam other Indians offering them fake degrees to qualify for H1-B Visas to the US (real).

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides.
