Один из них располагается рядом с элитным ЖК «Лайф плаза», который он, в своё время, и построил. Другой, на улице Циолковского в районе ЖК «Речной порт» от федерального застройщика «Брусника». Участки, к тому же ещё и перспективные. Например, на Мельничной, у «Лайф плазы» имеет площадь 1,35га и это самый центр города. А рядом находятся старые склады принадлежащие строителю из 2000-х и директору завода «ЗБТО» Виктору Гейнбихнеру, который может их продать (правда, задорого), а это еще 2,7га.
