«Через этого же посредника коммерсанту было озвучено о возникновении некоторых изменений, связанных с процедурой аренды и необходимостью доплаты еще 2,5 млн руб. Чиновник был задержан «экономическими» полицейскими совместно с сотрудниками регионального УФСБ с поличным в кафе на Дегтярном переулке в момент передачи так называемого аванса в размере 1,5 млн руб.», — говорится в сообщении МВД.

Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
