В Командном центре г. Астаны и в ДЧС Мангистауской области функционируют телефоны горячих линий (8-7172-55-96-21, 55-96-83, 8-7292-31-90-91), где поступило 373 звонков.

Списки погибших и пострадавших уточняются.

На базе Командного центра МЧС развернут Республиканский Штаб, в состав которого вошли представители МВД, МЗ, МТ, НГ, МИД и других организаций.

Всего на данный час задействовано 432 личного состава и 79 единиц техники.

В настоящее время продолжаются аварийно-спасательные работы.
