В автокредитовании произошел двукратный всплеск интереса. Объем выдачи вырос с 10,9 до 19,9 млрд руб. Средний чек изменился незначительно — с 1,1 до 1,4 млн руб., однако средний срок увеличился с 5,67 до 6,25 лет.
Однако заметно просел рынок ипотечного кредитования. Если в 2023 г. общая сумма выданных денежных средств составила 101,1 млрд руб., то в 2024 году — 64,7 млрд руб. Снижение произошло на фоне отмены массовой льготной ипотеки. Средний чек вырос с 3,4 до 4 млн руб., а средний срок — с 22 до 24,3 лет.
