Рубцовчанин доказал в суде, что не брал кредит, который с него требовала микрокредитная организация
Мировым судьей судебного участка № 4 г. Рубцовска рассмотрено гражданское дело по иску микрокредитной организации к жителю Рубцовска о взыскании задолженности по договору займа, об этом сообщает Управление по обеспечению деятельности мировых судей.
В ходе рассмотрения дела судом было установлено, что гражданин не заключал договор с микрокредитной организацией о займе. Счет, на который переводились денежные средства, не принадлежит ему, как и номер телефона, с которого оформляли займ, и, соответственно, никаких денежных средств он не получал.
Мировым судьей было вынесено решение об отказе в исковых требованиях и взыскании финансовой задолженности. По факту мошеннических действий мужчина обратился с заявлением в полицию Рубцовска и прокуратуру для проведения проверки и возбуждения уголовного дела.
