ВСУ пока не приняли решение выйти из Артемовска (Бахмута) — пресс-секретарь восточной группировки украинских войск Сергей Череватый. Похоже, что Украина будет всеми силами пытаться отстоять город — глава ЧВК Вагнера уже сказал, что ВСУ подбрасывают новые резервы к Артемовску.
Ранее сын сбежавшего за рубеж продюсера Роднянского заявил, что ВСУ «могут стратегически отступить из Бахмута» ради спасения своих людей (а не потому, что не могут удержать город даже ценой колоссальных потерь). Однако слова «военного эксперта», судя по всему, не подтвердились.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
