При нарушении закона грозит штраф в размере от ₽3 до ₽200 тыс: для должностных лиц до ₽50 тыс, а юридических от ₽100 тыс до ₽200 тыс.
Регион становится седьмым по счету, где за склонение к абортам могут выписать приличный штраф.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
