After being accused of loitering outside of court, South Australia Police tried grabbing at Joel and demanding Identification.

Joel said he didn’t have his ID but he was happy to provide his name and details.

Moments later a policeman accused Joel of ‘wearing a Nazi symbol’ during an Australia Day celebration on Sunday and signalled to the other officers to arrest him.

Joel denied displaying a Nazi symbol, and asked what symbol the police were referring to but was ignored.

Joel is being held in police custody in Adelaide.
