😡 Люди, живущие в Нижнем Атляне, пожаловались на отсутствие воды. Они записали видео, в котором попросили муниципальные и региональные власти обратить внимание на их проблему.
💧 «Летом она еще была. С осени у нас нет ни капельки воды: ни попить, ни умыться, ни убраться... Я понимаю, что это звучит странно в 21 веке, но, тем не менее, воды нет совсем», – рассказывают сельчане.
⏳ Но даже не это самое страшное. Хуже всего то, что в таких условиях людям придется прожить не один год. В администрации округа заявили, что реконструкцию системы проведут лишь в 2024 году, когда будет реализована программа «Чистая вода».

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
