Кроме того, будет активно развиваться федеральная платформа Наставник.рф и институт наставничества в целом. Особое внимание уделяется поддержке детей, находящихся в трудной жизненной ситуации. Закон вступает в силу 5 февраля.

The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
