Одна из самых дорогих позиций в черновой отделке, это именно стяжка. И бороться с ее устранением - задача не из легких. Абсолютно не понятно, почему у такого количества Застройщиков такое похабное к ней отношение.
P.S. Квартиры не готовы к передаче. Но Застройщик все равно упорно приглашает на приемки. О чем это говорит?
