"Галс-девелопмент" планирует в 2030 году сдать 400-метровый небоскреб в "Москва-Сити", который обещает быть самым высоким офисным зданием в городе, сообщила журналистам директор департамента аренды компании Светлана Мазур.

Она уточнила, что на набережной Москвы-реки будет возведен 80-этажный небоскреб, соединенный на уровне третьего этажа с мостом "Багратион".

Общая площадь здания – 196 тысяч кв м, арендопригодная – около 130 тысяч "квадратов". Высота объекта составит почти 400 м, что делает его самым высоким офисным зданием столицы.
