Отдать дань памяти землякам пришли руководители области и города, участники спецоперации, представители силовых ведомств, члены военно-патриотических объединений, организации воинов-интернационалистов, участников региональных конфликтов и войн. Собравшиеся возложили цветы к монументу и почтили память павших воинов минутой молчания.
