А вот и ответ как происходит внедрение ФГИС "Моя Школа" на местах в регионах - рекомендовать! т.е. все скидывается на места и как такового приказа о внедрении от министерств не будет! Крайними назначены именно регионы, собственно аналогично тому что за развал классической очной школы будут объявлены директора школ - алгоритм один и тот же!
