В Китае запущена в эксплуатацию первая партия гибридных локомотивов CRRC нового поколения

Десять шестиосных локомотивов FXN3B выполняют маневровые работы на двух станциях Пекина.

Каждая машина оснащена дизельным двигателем 12V240H мощностью 2500 кВт. В нем применена технология электронного впрыска топлива под высоким давлением для увеличения производительности машины.

Дополнительно локомотивы оборудованы литий-титанатными батареями. Заявляется, что они способны работать при температуре –40°C и заряжаться за 20 минут. Применение аккумуляторной тяги должно позволить сократить расход топлива относительно текущего парка на 25-34%, а также снизить выбросы.

Новые локомотивы имеют модульную конструкцию, унифицированы с другими машинами платформы Fuxing и оснащены интеллектуальными системами управления и диагностики. Стоит отметить, что в Китае с 2022 года эксплуатируются гибридные тепловозы предыдущего поколения. Также идут испытания водородных и контактно-аккумуляторных локомотивов.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
