Министерство юстиции Румынии завершило процесс юридического оформления документов для строительства в Бухаресте квартала правосудия - зоны 11-этажных офисных зданий, куда переведут все судебные инстанции и органы прокуратуры, а также организуют концертный зал и зону променада с фонтанами.

Проект, впервые анонсированный еще 14 лет назад, оценивают в миллиард евро. Кредит готов выдать Международный банк реконструкции и развития.

Разместится квартал вблизи Национальной библиотеки Румынии на участке в 55 тысяч квадратных метров, из которых 10 тысяч предстоит экспроприировать у частных владельцев.

Завершить проект хотят к 2030 году.

There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. For tech stocks, “the main thing is yields,” Essaye said.
