В четверг, 21 ноября, Смольнинский районный суд Петербурга рассмотрел иск иностранного гражданина Алимардона Худоярова к МВД.
В своём заявлении он рассказал, что в октябре прошлого года его задержали по 18.8 статье КоАП РФ (нарушение правил въезда в Российскую Федерацию). Это постановление он обжаловал в суде, и в итоге производство было прекращено.
«Худояров обратился в суд с иском о взыскании убытков, в связи с незаконным привлечением к административной ответственности, а именно: по оплате услуг представителя в рамках дела об административном правонарушении в размере 25 000 рублей, компенсации морального вреда в размере 15 000 рублей, судебных расходов на ведения данного дела в размере 20 000 рублей, расходов по уплате государственной пошлины в размере 1 400 рублей»,
— добавили в пресс-службе.
Суд взыскал в пользу Худоярова компенсацию. МВД обязали выплатить ему в общей сложности 46 400 рублей.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
