Ранее с аналогичным иском на сумму более 184 млрд. рублей к Euroclear Bank обратилась УК «Первая».
Оба иска связаны с тем, что Euroclear заблокировал счёт Национального рассветного депозитария, на котором учитывается большинство иностранных ценных бумаг российских инвесторов. После этого операции по ним проводить нельзя. Обеим управляющим компаниям пришлось приостановить операции по своим продуктам, которые инвестировали в иностранные бумаги. @ruarbitr

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed.
