🇪🇪 Правящие партии в Эстонии договорились о внесении изменений в конституцию, чтобы лишить граждан России и Беларуси права голосовать на муниципальных выборах. Об этом заявил премьер-министр Кристен Михал.
Михал сообщил, что Конституционная комиссия парламента внесет соответствующий законопроект 7 ноября, и, если его одобрят, изменения начнут действовать до следующих муниципальных выборов в 2025 году.
Согласно поправкам, право голоса на местных выборах в Эстонии будет предоставлено только гражданам стран НАТО, ЕС, Европейской экономической зоны, Швейцарии и государств, заключивших с Эстонией специальные соглашения, в том числе, возможно, и Украины.
Это нововведение коснется около 69 тысяч граждан РФ и Беларуси, проживающих в Эстонии.

In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting.
