🔔 An experiment on testing the rules and conditions for entry into and exit from Russia of foreign citizens and stateless persons was launched on December 1st in order to create a state information resource "Digital Profile of a Foreign Citizen".

The Russian Government adopted a respective resolution on November 7th.

The information on how the experiment will be conducted and which categories of foreigners will be affected by it is in our files.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress. Telegram Messenger Blocks Navalny Bot During Russian Election On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
