2 ноября по поручению министра энергетики Сахалина сотрудники ведомства совершили объезд 11 автозаправочных станций ООО «Востокнефтепродукт». Компания накануне провела серию обновлений и ремонтных работ АЗС. Некоторые из них приходилось временно закрывать, это вызвало некоторые неудобства.
После мероприятия в минэнерго отчитались, что плановый ремонт АЗС, которые принадлежат компании «Востокнефтепродукт», завершили. До конца 2024 года других обновлений не планируют.

But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war.
