«Секретным свидетелем может быть лицо, которому угрожают физически или ему поступают угрозы. Как вы видите, этому человеку никакие угрозы не поступали, он печется о своей репутации и карьере. Получается, что каждый свидетель может сказать "я переживаю о своей карьере" и отказаться "секретным свидетелем" и нести ту ерунду, что нес этот свидетель», — заявила защитница.
Заседание по «театральному делу» продолжится 13 июня в 11:00.
