Новосибирская активистка Яна Матросова вышла сегодня на площадь Ленина с плакатом: «Нет КРТ исторических мест».
Она напомнила, что 30 января 2025 года новосибирское Заксобрание поддержало обращение Костромской областной думы к министру строительства и ЖКХ о необходимости «комплексного развития территорий [КРТ] на территории исторического поселения». По сути это означает принудительное расселение домов на территории так называемого КРТ и застройку исторических мест.
«С народом никто ничего не обсуждал, никто их не уполномочивал. У нас есть конституционное право на жилье и на охрану объектов культурного наследия», — сказала Матросова и призвала протестовать против проектов КРТ.
К пикетчице, как и к Турчаниновой, подошел полицейский и потребовал документы, также он проверил, что находится у нее в файле с бумагами.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke.
