А реальные пассионарии, выжившие в 2014-15 гг., помнят, чем закончился их порыв, и теперь настороженно наблюдают. Система в очередной раз сулит фундаментальные изменения, оздоровление и т.д., но пока видим движение скорее в обратном направлении. Т.е. все как всегда – менять, ничего не меняя.

This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network.
