По данным ведомства, 23 ноября 5 ракет ATACMS нанесли удар в районе населенного пункта Лотаревка, две ракеты поразили ЗРК С-400, а вчера, 25 ноября, ещё 7 ракет ATACMS ударили по аэродрому Курск, одна поразила цель, двое военных получили легкие ранения.
После прошлой атаки западными ракетами и ответного удара баллистическим "Орешником" по украинскому Южмашу Владимир Путин прямо заявлял, что ответ России всегда будет.
