Фестиваль дружбы и культуры откроется 26 сентября. Основной площадкой станет Рязанская областная универсальная научная библиотека имени Горького.
Там в течение трёх дней пройдёт более 80 мероприятий для детей и взрослых. В них примут участие издатели, писатели, литературные эксперты, представители науки, культуры и образования, любители книг из России и стран ближнего зарубежья.
В рамках фестиваля запланированы литературные праздники, выставки, конкурсы, презентации новых книг, журналов, выступления творческих коллективов, а также широкая деловая программа: встречи с писателями, мастер-классы, лекции, семинары, круглые столы. «Читающие» мероприятия пройдут и в районах области.
