Получается какая штука: куда бы не пытались войти российские частники и российская сторона — Ливия, Мали, Судан, ЦАР — в определённый момент местные правительства находят контакты с турками. А уже потом власти Анкары, используя и малый бизнес, и политические рычаги, успешно в эту страну заходят, пока Россия продолжает испытывать бюрократические сложности.
Создаётся устойчивое впечатление, что российское протурецкое лобби с одной стороны начинает тормозить процессы захода России в другие страны, а с другой — раз за разом подкидывает заклятым партнёрам кость. #Россия #Турция @rybar

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov.
