Солнечном г. Саратов на бульваре Мюфке К. Л. и собрали 32 подписи под коллективный иск в Верховный Суд РФ за расследование 1991 г. и незаконных решений М. С. Горбачëва , 32 подписи граждане оставили в поддержку политики В. В. Путина для дальнейших реформ по суверенитету. Роздано 150 газет НК.
