🔹لازم است پیوست‌های دوگانه‌ای که این افزایش ظرفیت دارد، به خوبی تامین شود؛ پیوست اول، تامین بودجه برای آموزش و پیوست دوم، تامین نیروی انسانی و استاد برای این آموزش است.
