امضا قرارداد و آغاز بکار عملیات اجرایی پروژه بزرگ احداث میدان میوه و تره بار شهرستان اشنویه
نوع قرارداد این پروژه بصورت سرمایه گذاری مشارکت مدنی میباشد که آورده سرمایه گذار ۱۰۸ میلیارد تومان و بالغ بر ۸۸ میلیارد تومان هم سرمایه شهرداری در نظر گرفته شده است. همچنین سهم درآمد و عوایدی شهرداری ۵۱ درصد و سهم سرمایه گذار نیز ۴۹ درصد درنظر گرفته شده است که مالکیت میدان در اختیار شهرداری اشنویه بوده و بصورت سرقفلی در اختیار سرمایه گذار پروژه قرارداده میشود. این پروژه در زمینی بمساحت بیش از ۵ هکتار و با زیربنای ۶۲۵۶ مترمربع در زمینهای علی آباد و در مسبر جاده اشنویه_نقده اجرا میشود.
میدان میوه و تره بار جدید اشنویه شامل ۸۸ غرفه بوده که ۶۶ غرفه آن تجاری و بقیه برای مدیریت و ایجاد رستوران و بوفه و نمازخانه باسکول ؛ سرویس و غیره درنظر گرفته شده است.
با راه اندازی این پروژه بزرگ ضمن اشتغال برای بیش از ۵۰۰ نفر همچنین برای شهرداری نیز باعث درآمد پایدار خواهدشد.
