В сети Интернет размещено обращение краснодарской семьи к Председателю Следственного комитета Российской Федерации, в котором сообщается о неправомерных действиях конкурсного управляющего из Екатеринбурга, который, по их мнению, незаконно реализовал единственное жильё их детей в деле о банкротстве.
Глава ведомства поручил и.о. руководителя СУ СК России по Свердловской области Мирошниченко К.В. представить доклад по доводам обращения и при наличии оснований организовать проверку.

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
