В суде девушка из Княжпогостского района Коми пояснила, что ей было обидно, когда родной отец высказывается в ее адрес оскорбительными словами в соцсетях, кроме того, он не принес ей извинений.
Суд пришел к выводу, что она испытала нравственные страдания, заключающиеся в унижении чести и достоинства личности, поэтому удовлетворил иск о выплате морального вреда в размере 10 тысяч рублей, хотя прокурор просил взыскать 200 тысяч.
