⚡️В Смоленске завершено расследование уголовных дел в отношении главврача ГКБ №1 Сергея Крюковского и депутата Смоленского горсовета Владимира Бурдули. Материалы дела Крюковского направлены в прокуратуру, Бурдули – в суд. По данным @smolleaks, главврача обвиняют по трем статьям уголовного кодекса: ч.3. ст.286 «Превышение должностных полномочий», ч.3 ст.290 «Получение взятки». Из любопытных деталей – Крюковский, так же как экс-ректор Георгий Грец, уличен в пристрастии к незаконному хранению охотничьих патронов (ч.1 ст.222 «Незаконные хранение оружия»).
Владимир Бурдули обвиняется в совершении трех преступлений по ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ (мошенничество). По версии следствия, он ,являясь руководителем коммерческих фирм, похитил свыше 16,4 млн рублей путем завышения цен на медицинские изделия, поставляемые в лечебные учреждения региона по государственным контрактам.
