А всего в столице Центрально-Черноземного региона, по подсчётам местной администрации, 5500 бродячих собак. Почти всем им придется и дальше жить в комфортной городской среде, шугая прохожих. Строить ещё один приют власти не собираются. Как и переходить от вольницы ОСВВ к безвозвратному отлову с эвтаназией.
